The 61st Annual Grammy Awards ceremony took place on Sunday (February 10, 2019) at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Lady Gaga was the most nominated female artist of the night, tied with H.E.R. and Cardi B, with a total of 5 nominations and 3 wins*:

- Song of the Year - Shallow
- Best Pop Duo/Group Performance - Shallow*
- Best Song Written for Visual Media - Shallow*
- Best Pop Solo Performance - Joanne (Where Do You Think You're Goin'?)*
During the pre-show, Lady Gaga took home two Grammy awards: Best Song Written for Visual Media for Shallow and Best Pop Solo Performance for Joanne (Where Do You Think You're Goin"?).
Later in the night, Lady Gaga graced the red carpet in a custom, silver Celine Spring 2019 gown by Hedi Slimane and dazzling Tiffany & Co jewelry from the 2018 Blue Book collection, posing alone and with other superstars like Jennifer Lopez. She, then, won her third Grammy of the night as Shallow took home the award for Best Pop Duo/Group performance, shared with her co-star, director and friend Bradley Cooper. She later took the stage to deliver one of the most hyped and dynamic performances of the night, performing a rock-inspired version of her Grammy-winning hit Shallow with her co-writer Mark Ronson in a bedazzled jumpsuit and giant platform heels. You can watch the full performance below.
She then went for an outfit change and took her place in the audience, posing with stars such as Cardi B and Janelle Monáe.
