While her look is vintage Gianni Versace (keep reading for all the details), her sunglasses are from Versace's current collection. Her glasses are the "Cat-Eye Bronze Sunglasses" made with Onul colored lenses. The shades are frameless but feature a golden Medusa logo on the top corners. They are available for only $285 here.
As for her outfit, Lady Gaga wore an original Spring/Summer 1992 Versace blazer and pants. Her blazer is Gianni's iconic Animalle print and her pants are made in another animal print. Donatella has recently recreated the blazer and pants for the Spring Summer 2018 "Tribute Collection."
Lady Gaga purchased her vintage Versace through William Vintage which offers a highly-edited collection of vintage clothing in superb condition; wonderful, wearable and relevant for life in the 21st century. Founded in 2009 by William Banks-Blaney, William Vintage has one flagship location in London and a large selection available online at williamvintage.com
According to Lady Gaga's stylist, Tom Eerebout, her metallic choker was a personal piece of hers and the designer is unknown.
Earlier in the day, Lady Gaga was spotted in Malibu with boyfriend Christian Carino wearing the same look. In the paparazzi photos, we can see a better view of the full look as well as additional accessories.
First, Lady Gaga can be seen wearing a vintage pair of Versace earrings which feature a black button and gold Medusa head logo. I haven't tracked down the exact pair, but many different variations and extremely similar pairs (as pictured) are available online for around $200 to $400.
Next, Lady Gaga's heels can be seen and they are the "Contrast Colour Ankle Strap Pumps" from Versace's Spring/Summer 2016 collection. Unfortunately, because the heels are from an older collection, they are no longer available for purchase and hard to find online.
Finally, Lady Gaga was seen carrying a large black bag surprisingly not from Versace! Instead, Lady Gaga opted for the "Medium Sac De Jour" from Saint Laurent. Identified by the matching decorative grommets on the back side, this supple leather bag features tubular handles, side gussets, compression straps with tabs, embossed Saint Laurent inscription and an adjustable removable shoulder strap. Made with black grained 100% calf-skin leather, the bag is sold for $3,250 here.
