The posts follow a similar theme as her previous music related photos, as she is seen wearing the same outfit from another Instagram post. The same studio is also depicted, this time showing Gaga in the writing process with a guitar and a typewriter. It looks like one of the lyrics is "tap on my vein", and a few other words are visible like the word "phone". In the background can be seen a Lady Gaga comic book by TidalWave with a 'Telephone' cover. Gaga’s new posts come after her recent announcement of Las Vegas Jazz & Piano dates this summer. They also come in anticipation of the first teaser for Joker: Folie à Deux, whose trailer is expected at the beginning of April. 7. What is Fortnite? If you're like Lady Gaga and have no idea what this game is about, why Lady Gaga is on it, or how to receive the already-iconic Chromatica-themed assets, we're here for you! In this guide, we're going to answer all your major questions and help you download and play the game everyone is talking about in your timeline. So, What's Fortnite? Fortnite is an online video game that became popular back in 2017 with its "Battle Royale" matches. The game idea is straightforward: 100 players start the game together on a bus floating above an island. Once the initial countdown reaches zero, the players must jump off the bus and fly somewhere on the map. Once you touch the ground, you have to start looking for resources and weapons to equip yourself and eliminate all the other players. The goal of the game is to be the last player alive on the map, just like The Hunger Games. Obviously, you can't just hide in a bush forever; the deathly poisonous fog will slowly shrink and surround the whole island until all the players but one is dead. What does Lady Gaga have to do with a shooting game? Fortnite is not just a shooting game. Inside Fortnite, there are hundreds of different game modes, vastly different from the famous Battle Royale mode that made the platform famous. One of these modes is called the Fortnite Festival. Basically, it's a PC-keyboard version of Guitar Hero, where players can play their favorite tracks by tapping the keys on the keyboard to match the beat of the song. Even more recently, LEGO announced a collaboration with Fortnite, releasing a new game mode called LEGO Fortnite, where players can meet online and try to survive on a dangerous island by building their village. All these new game modes are highly customizable with skins, emotes, and objects to change the players' appearance, and this is where big artists started collaborating with the platform. Back in 2020, Travis Scott was announced as the platform's first major collaboration with an artist. The rapper performed an exclusive concert inside the game. Later on, Ariana Grande did the same. Recently, The Weeknd joined the list of featured artists as the first major collaboration of the "guitar-hero mode" called Fortnite Festival. Multiple digital assets, including the singer's model and his songs, were obtainable by playing multiple Festival Matches. Just like The Weeknd, Lady Gaga is the current major featured artist of the Fortnite Festival Mode. So is there gonna be a Lady Gaga concert? Unfortunately, no. Lady Gaga is only featured as the "theme" of the new Fortnite Festival bundle. She will not perform in the game. How do I play? And how much does it cost? Fortnite is FREE. You can download it on your Windows PC, Xbox, Playstation, or Nintendo Switch console. Unfortunately, due to annoying legal issues, Mac users can't download the game. If you have an Apple device and you want to play Fortnite, you can use a Cloud Gaming platform such as Nvidia GeForce Now or Xbox Cloud. If you have a PC, you can download the game from the Epic Store website. Make sure to download the whole Fortnite platform, not just the Battle Royale mode. Console users can download the game from their usual online game store. Once you download the game (it might take some time because the game file is very large), you can find all of Lady Gaga's items featured on the main page, or simply by clicking on the Shop Tab. What Lady Gaga items can I unlock if I play the game? This is the list of items that you can unlock in the game: Skins: Lady Gaga Chromatica Armor, Gaga Enigmatic Skin, Lady Gaga LEGO Chromatica Armor, Chromatica Back Blings. Jam Tracks: Applause, Bloody Mary, Just Dance, The Edge of Glory, Bad Romance, Poker Face and Stupid Love. Emotes: Kindness Punk, Rain Check. Instruments/Weapons: Chromatica Bass, Chromatica Microphone, Chromatica Guitar, Chromatica Keytar. Layout: Lady Gaga's album loading screen. You must obtain the Fortnite in-game currency V-Bucks to get the exclusive Lady Gaga items. You can get them by spending real money from the V-Bucks shop. 1000 V-Bucks cost around 8$. All the items above, besides the Festival pack exclusives and the jam tracks, can be purchased in a bundle, currently at 3000 V-Bucks. The items highlighted in blue above are not obtainable unless you purchase the "Festival Pass" as well for 1800 V-Bucks. Most of Lady Gaga's Jam Tracks are free to play in the Fortnite Festival mode, but once the special event ends on April 22nd, all the festival pass items (the blue ones above), besides the Jam Tracks, will not be obtainable anymore. Users will still be able to purchase Lady Gaga's tracks from the shop after the event is over. Once you purchase the Fortnite Festival Pass, you have to play multiple matches in Festival mode to unlock all of the pass-exclusive items in the second row. Another way to receive V-Bucks is by purchasing the Battlepass for 950 V-Bucks, In this way, you will unlock in-game challenges to earn V-Bucks while you play. This will reward you with only 1500 V-Bucks if you reach the level 125. We highly discourage you from choosing this way unless you wanna play a lot. Okay, I downloaded the game, now what? Once you start the game, you can jump right in and play with Lady Gaga's tracks by clicking on the Fortnite Festival: Main stage game. From there you can decide if you want to invite up to 3 friends or play on your own. Once the game starts, calibrate the input of your keyboard, go to the main organ, and select the tracks you want to play. You can choose between: main track, bass, drums, and vocals. You can switch your selection by pressing the keys listed on the corner of your screen. Don't forget to select the right difficulty for you. Once you're ready, press the button to join the game, and enjoy! If you wanna play the Battle Royale game, simply go back to the main menu and select Battle Royale. Join the game, pick a nice location on the map, collect resources and weapons, and kill everyone. Don't forget to invite some friends if you need some backup! Want something more chill and relaxing for your day? Go back to the main page and select LEGO Fortnite! A Minecraft-inspired game where you can build your village and create your community in a peaceful, yet challenging Lego land. If you like the game, you can now click on the SHOP tab on FORTNITE's main page and purchase V-Bucks to customize your in-game experience with some of Lady Gaga's cosmetic items! We hope you enjoyed this guide, make sure to have fun, and let us know if you have more questions, and don't forget to spread kindness (but also try to win). The LGN Team.

  9. Music critics are praising Lady Gaga's heavenly vocal delivery on The Rolling Stones new record "Sweet Sounds of Heaven" with Stevie Wonder. Neil McCormick from UK's The Telegraph gave a 5 out 5 star review saying that "Jagger and Gaga are on astonishing, exultant form", adding: "But the outstanding thrill of this performance is yet to come, as it builds to a huge climax and reaches a powerful conclusion after five minutes, only for Jordan to pick up the beat again. Gaga laughs and joins in, trilling the chorus melody, producer Andrew Watt adds a bass line and Jagger calls “Play me something, Stevie”, inspiring Wonder to weigh in with lubricious piano." Ed Potton from The Times UK wrote another 5 star review calling the record "a jam session for the gods,” adding: "Sweet Sounds of Heaven sounds like a band at the peak of a jam session for the gods: loosened up, euphoric and effortlessly bouncing off each other. And what a band it is. Lady Gaga holds her own against a rejuvenated Mick Jagger on vocals, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood turn the clock back to their pomp, Steve Jordan impressively replaces Charlie Watts on drums and a certain Stevie Wonder plays sublime piano, Fender Rhodes and Moog." Gil Kaufman from Billboard said: "Lady Gaga goes to church and skies up into her highest, most soulful register on the new Rolling Stones gospel blues burner “Sweet Sounds of Heaven. The song eventually rises to a joyous riot of guitar, drums, saxophone and keyboards more than five minutes in, building to a pair of joyous peaks as Jagger and Gaga get entangled in a growly soul shout-off." Kristina Baum from The Rolling Stone Germany wrote: "Sweet Sounds of Heaven” is a more soulful number that builds up into a pompous number with a big band feel – also thanks to Lady Gaga’s vocal power." Joey Nolfi from EW said: "Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, and the Rolling Stones spent more than seven minutes in heaven together on their new song, and now they've finally shared its sweet sounds with the world — including a new vocal style from Gaga unlike anything you've heard from her before." Kaelen Bell from Canadian Exclaim wrote: "Gaga is clearly channelling some Merry Clayton-esque, background-singer-who-steals-the-show bravura in her wailing delivery. It's a pretty solid song for a band in their sixth decade! Gaga adds some real electricity to the thing, and you just know she had fun in that studio trading "oh yeahs" with Jagger." Carys Anderson and Eddie Fu from the Consequence of Sound said: "Jagger is then joined by Gaga, who at first delivers restrained backing vocals on the second verse before letting it all hang out on the chorus." Cillea Houghton from American Songwriter wrote: "The bluesy tune proves that rock and roll and soul music can live harmoniously. Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger takes lead vocals while Gaga turns into a bonafide soul singer as Wonder shows off his musicianship by playing piano and the Moog synthesizer." 'Sweet Sounds of Heaven' is the second single from The Rolling Stones album 'Hackney Diamonds' out on October 20.

  13. Our friends LadyGagaSource managed to interview Stunt Coordinator Shauna Duggins, and ask her questions about Lady Gaga's role in the upcoming Joker sequel: "Joker: Folie à Deux". Here's our translation of their interview: "I've worked with hundreds of actors, but I've never seen someone give themselves so much in a performance. It was so inspirational. There's this gigantic surrealist musical number, inspired by a classic film from the 1930s. It's a very specific choreography with tap dancing that left everyone exhausted, except Gaga. She wouldn't stop. [Gaga] is very focused and has a unique level of professionalism. She learned every routine very quickly, and in most scenes, she didn't want a stunt double. But what captivated me most was her kindness in everyday life. She interacted with everyone, without distinction. She's a real actress. I've worked with great singers who tried to act, but they didn't have the expertise that the job required. Gaga has it all. She came from the theater. She knows how to do everything with mastery." You can find the original quotes here. "Joker: Folie à Deux" starring Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix is set to be released this fall, on October 4th. The first trailer is expected to be released this April.

You can read the full message below: “I wanted to share a more personal moment with you today, I know I haven't been doing a lot of that lately and some of you are really longing for me to share more of mv artistic process. I've been experiencing my creativity ever since last summer in a reall special and private wav-I wrote and produced music for a special project, I prepared for months developing my character for Joker, I filmed Joker for many months (a very introspective time), I have been running my start-up Haus Labs, doing philanthropic work, and additionally have been working on The Chromatica Ball film edit. I can say for the first time in many years that my love of making art, music, fashion, and supporting community has never been more fulfilling. I may not be sharing as much of myself online as I have in the past, but I hope you know this time to myself has been extremely healing and recharging for my heart, mind, body, and creativity-to create within myself and to have a personal life that's just for me. I'm sure that may feel different because I haven't always been so private (I bet that will make some of you laugh) -but I LOVE my fans, my little monsters, so much and that will never change. I can't even begin to describe how much our global community inspires me every day to bring as much joy as I can to your lives. Here's a photo of my working on The Chromatica Ball film edit (that's a frame from the film behind me)-I can't WAIT for you to experience it. Thank you for being willing to grow with me so that I can change and transform with the community I love so much. I hope you love all the things I've been creating for you and I hope this is a small reminder to you of my deep passion and commitment to art. “ - Lady Gaga

  35. ELLE Canada interviewed Lady Gaga about her beauty evolution and her makeup brand, Haus Labs. In the interview, Lady Gaga shared her insights on self-care, her relationship with beauty and skincare, and discussed her beauty brand, Haus Labs. You can read part of the interview below: Asked about where her love for skin science comes from, Gaga replied: “As a kid, I always watched my mom take care of herself, and she was vigilant about her morning skincare routine, a beautiful makeup routine and makeup as self-care. When I started this brand, I knew I wanted it to be inclusive. ...there was this huge problem in makeup: When you wear it all the time, it wrecks your skin. I wear a lot of makeup because I’m a performer, so I wanted to push myself in this space. What got me so into skin science was my love of taking care of my own skin." Gaga also added this about her beauty evolution and her relationship with music and makeup: “When I was a teenager, I was really self-conscious and I loved makeup and the way it helped give me some type of superhero cape. ...I went to a school where it wasn’t really okay to express with your physical appearance. So I really started screaming [about who I was] when I got out of school. Then I got deeper and deeper into music and started to create these various personas for myself with makeup, and they all felt natural. For me, makeup was a way to be whomever I wanted to be at any given moment and say the things on the outside that I was feeling on the inside—but not with words. Instead of telling people who you are, you’re showing them.” Gaga then once again mentioned her love for the fans, saying: “We love our fans so much, and we just want to make everyone happy by delivering high-quality products that really enhance the artistry experience and the beauty experience. So, for me, there’s always that warmth in my heart when I see the makeup make somebody’s day.” You can read the full interview HERE.

  41. Legendary producer Nile Rodgers interviewed RedOne during his latest radio show "Deep Hidden Meaning Radio,” where the two discussed RedOne's career and how he managed to change pop music with the help of Lady Gaga. The interview started with Nadir Khayat (aka RedOne) recalling how much he struggled when he arrived in the United States from Sweden with his family. After his first big deal, he got offered to work with an unknown artist who was recently dropped from her record label. That's when he met Lady Gaga. As soon as they met, RedOne and Lady Gaga wrote "Boys, Boys, Boys" on their way to the studio. As soon as they reached the studio, they joined forces to create a never-heard-before sound. RedOne introduced Lady Gaga to the style of Swedish singer Leila K, which they later used as inspiration to create Lady Gaga's first album: The Fame. RedOne then recalled those studio days like "Magic." The inspiration and passion between him and Gaga were so strong that they managed to write one song each day, first “Just Dance,” then “Poker Face,” then “LoveGame.” Nile told him how their artistic collaboration recalled him of the one he had back in the days with Madonna, looking at the similarities and how they both changed the landscape of music forever thanks to their determination and outstanding talent. After the incredible success of their first collaboration, RedOne's label pushed him to follow Gaga around the world during her tours to produce more music. RedOne defined Gaga as "unstoppable" because she was writing music all the time even on the tour bus: that's where they wrote one of the biggest hits of all time: "Bad Romance." RedOne calls "Bad Romance" a rock song dressed as a "Pop" one. They were so inspired by the creation of the music that they ran to a studio in Holland to record it as quickly as possible. After working with other artists like Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias, and Nicki Minaj, RedOne wrote another hit song for Lady Gaga "Judas." You can hear the full interview of RedOne and Nile Rodgers on Apple Music.
