    4. Earlier today, Lady Gaga took to Twitter to announce the opening of her "Haus of Gaga" branded store in Park MGM Las Vegas on May 30th. She made the announcement through a 15-second video that she posed on Twitter including the name, location and the opening date of her newest establishment, Haus of Gaga: Haus of Gaga Las Vegas will not only be home to official Lady Gaga merchandise for fans to purchase but it will also serve as a Lady Gaga museum curated by none other than Gaga's current fashion director and fan-favorite stylist Nicola Formichetti. It is also important to note that Lady Gaga's acclaimed Vegas Residency returns to Park MGM Las Vegas on May 30th, on the same day as the launch of the "Haus of Gaga" store/museum. Last week, it has been reported by a newly hired employee for “Haus of Gaga” that there are no plans for the store to carry Lady Gaga’s much anticipated beauty brand Haus Beauty, at least as of now. We also hear that the launch of Haus Beauty has been postponed to the upcoming months. Here are some photos inside Park MGM's "Haus of Gaga" posed on Twitter by fans:
    5. Date: May 22nd 2019 Location: Line204 Studio (Los Angeles, California) After wrapping some kind of video shoot, Lady Gaga wrapped herself up in an oversized jacket while she strutted to her car. She also added a pair of glasses to hide her face and sky-high heels. Lady Gaga wore Los Angeles based designer B James for the very first time! Made of medium vinyl, Lady Gaga wore his "Big Ass Black Coat" which is a long body hooded jacket with soft quilted lining. It has been worn by several other celebrities - most recently being Billie Eilish in XOXO Magazine. The young designer was thrilled to see Mother Monster in his design - check out what he posted on his Instagram Story on the left. It is available for $950 here. To complete her look, she brought back her custom Giuseppe Zanotti ankle boots which appear to be her new favorite. The custom design is an ankle boot with front lacing and a square toe platform. They first appeared in May 2018 and she now has a pair in black, white, and silver that she wore to a bunch of her awards shows this awards season. If you have a tip on her sunglasses, tweet them to us @WhatGagaWore! And be sure to keep an eye out as we wait for the unveiling of whatever video she shot - it is rumored to be a commercial or a music video. By Terran Warden

    8. Lady Gaga was invited by Apple to be the first artist to perform inside the new Apple Park in Cupertino, as part of the grand opening on May 17. Gaga took to the stage playing a shorter version of her Enigma show for over 15000 Apple employees, exceeding original predictions of a 12000 crowd, on the Rainbow Stage, built as a tribute to the late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. The crowd enjoyed the private concert much more those at the Sapphire Conference last week, where Lady Gaga had to motivate the developers many times during the show. The stage was fairly different from the usual setup, including her name in the Enigma font in large LED lights as part of the design. Here are our favorite moments: When Gaga asked the crowd to tell her to go Fuck Herself: Lady Gaga dedicated Million Reasons to Laurene Powell late's husband. "If we could all, 15 thousand of us for one minute, that I will time, I would like silence, in honor of your late husband. I think it takes a true genius like Steve Jobs to be able to make so many people talk and communicate, and also, to leave us speechless. Laurene, you do so much for the world, with the Emerson Collective and so much more that you do. You help people, you're kind. This is the most important thing in the universe, kindness. This is what heals the whole world. So I hope you take this as a true sincere kind gesture. I would not only like to dedicate this to your late husband, but to you for carrying on his legacy." When she talked about being a nerd. "In moments like these I remember having really frizzy hair and a retainer in my mouth at school, and now i go like what the fuck, I'm the first performer at Apple Park. And it's even more exciting because I'm a nerd, and I fucking love nerds and you're just a bunch of fucking nerds. Because you're so fucking smart and so brilliant. And I used to feel so weird and now I don't. I don't feel so weird cause I'm not alone." When she asked the Apple Developers to create a "Be Kind" Emoji. "I'd also like to say thanks to Zane Lowe, because you know, he's always really encouraged me to do whatever the fuck I want. So I'm gonna ask you something, I actually think have to go through a different company and you guys have to approve it. But I would like, if you know anybody, an emoji that says 'Be Kind'. So I'm going to get to work on that."
    9. Earlier today Lady Gaga was spotted boarding on a private jet in Los Angeles, holding a portfolio labelled "HAUS LABORATORIES".
    10. Vogue Magazine offers us a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes of the intricate process that culminated in Lady Gaga's epic, nearly 20 minute entrance at the Met Gala 2019 in a video recently posted on YouTube. In the video, we get a look into the creative process that went into the designing and the making of Lady Gaga's multilayered outfit as well as the rehearsal of the precisely calculated choreography that turned Lady Gaga's Met appearance into a live-action performance piece. We see the original sketches of the outfits designed by none other than Brandon Maxwell, who describes the entire process as simple and effortless due to the comfort of the decade-long friendship that he shares with Lady Gaga. In case you missed the event you can read the full recap here: Lady Gaga also gives details into the various elements featured in her grand parade-like entrance that speak to the humorous and ironic nature of Camp. "It's not raining. So why there are umbrellas? Why? The length of the dress, so dramatic. Why? The length of the eyelashes. Extravagant. Why?" Lady Gaga elaborates. Maxwell's 25-feet neon pink overcoat inspired the child-like attitude seen throughout the entrance, Lady Gaga says as she informs her dancers to channel their inner child and be themselves. "What I love about what we are doing is that it reads like an essay, or a poem. So in line with Susan Sontag's notes [on Camp]." Watch the full behind-the-scenes of Lady Gaga's iconic Met Gala Looks:
    11. Lady Gaga made her stage return last night closing the Sapphire Now and ASUG Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. The 3 day convention takes place every year and is an event that draws in both local and international guests from companies that come together for innovative workshops, keynotes, discussion panels, technology previews and more. On the closing evening each year, they have a musical guest who performs exclusively at a nearby arena. All members of the convention are open to attend, subject to availability. No show tickets were available to purchase by the public. Demand was high for Gaga’s show, with the arena reaching full capacity (23,000), leaving some guests needing to be turned away. low: hidden; height: 692px;"> She closed the show with global smash Shallow, and each of her band and team members introduced themselves before taking a final bow and thanking the crowd for coming along. Check out the full setlist below: Lady Gaga returns to Las Vegas for the second leg of ‘Enigma’ and ‘Jazz & Piano’ shows on May 30. 12. Date: May 7th 2019 Location: New York City, New York After she was spotted leaving her hotel in New York City, Mother Monster boarded a private jet to head out to Orlando, Florida to perform at Sapphire Now. At some point she changed outfits and documented the new look on her Instagram Story. In her post she reveals the blonde bob wig she wore earlier in her pocket, LOL. Wearing a plain black hoodie, Lady Gaga layered on a leather jacket - the same jacket she posted about when she landed for the MET Gala. The new jacket is Celine's "Cropped Blouson" jacket in drummed lambskin with bottom smocking. The short jacket is described as “New Wave” and complete with a lapel collar, hidden snap buttons and zip fastening, in supple tanned lambskin leather. You can get your very own for a whopping $4,150 here. Beneath her hood, LG continued to wear her new sunglasses that she wore when she left Pierre Hotel. From top to bottom, she started with a new pair of angular, modern cat eye sunglasses from Poppy Lissiman. These are only her second pair of frames from Lissiman, and they are the "Diavolina" in shiny black acetate with matching black lenses. They are sold for $110 but are on sale now for only $90 here! Finally, Lady Gaga can be seen holding her iconic "Medium 16 Bag." Back in summer 2018, Lady Gaga was the first person in the world to debut the new design and thus her bag is custom monogrammed with "LG" in gold to match the gold hardware of the bag. The 16 Bag was designed by Slimane on his first day of arrival at Celine and is available in three different sizes. Made of 100% satinated black calfskin leather with a matching top handle, a removable shoulder strap, and an outer flat pocket under the flap, the bag is finished with a twist lock closure and a Celine padlock on a leather key cover. It is finally available for purchase, in several different leather colors, starting at $4,550 here. By Terran Warden
    13. Date: May 7th 2019 Location: Leaving Pierre Hotel (New York City, New York) After giving us the greatest MET Gala entrance of all time, as declared by Vogue, Lady Gaga was seen leaving her hotel to head to Orlando, Florida where she would perform her ENIGMA residency show at Sapphire Now. For the short trip to the car and long list of paparazzi photos, she wore a beautiful black look and here are the details: From top to bottom, she started with a new pair of angular, modern cat eye sunglasses from Poppy Lissiman. These are only her second pair of frames from Lissiman, coincidentally the first pair she ever wore was last time she was in New York City serving iconic looks in May 2018 (see left). These new frames are the "Diavolina" in shiny black acetate with matching black lenses. They are sold for $110 but are on sale now for only $90 here! Next, for her outfit, she layered on pieces from Belgium designer Olivier Theyskens who she has also only worn once before! The other look she wore from Theyskens was the skeletal leotard and cape from the Applause music video - that was later displayed in the ARTPOP Pop-Up Gallery in 2013, see right. Her new look comes from his Fall/Winter 2019 collection. Fortunately for us, the collection was sold on Moda Operandi which gave us high quality photos of each piece but unfortunately, the trunk show has ended and they are no longer available for preorder. From look 19, she wears the "Thery" Houndstooth Jacquard Bolero Jacket. The jacket itself is short but the sleeves are long and it is finished with padded shoulders. It was sold for $2,475. Then from look 19, she wears the "Thery" High-Rise Empire Waist Jacquard Pencil Skirt. The skirt is mid-length and displays basket pockets that accentuate the hip. It was sold for $2,485. To finish her outfit, she wore the "Tador" Corset Satin Top from look 11 of the collection. The top showcases a sweetheart neckline, fitted silhouette, and wide straps. It was sold for $1,795. To complete her look, Lady Gaga wore black pumps. They appear to be a new pair of Jimmy Choo heels distinguishable by the longer pointed toe box that the "Romy" she has worn often does not have. They appear to be the "Abel" in black suede which I have not been able to find for sale. Finally, Lady Gaga carried a bouquet of white roses and her iconic "Medium 16 Bag." Back in summer 2018, Lady Gaga was the first person in the world to debut the new design and thus her bag is custom monogrammed with "LG" in gold to match the gold hardware of the bag. Check out all the HQ photos in our gallery here! By Terran Warden
    14. Gala

      WWD [May 7]

    15. Date: May 6th 2019 Location: The Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York City, New York) After months away from the spotlight following A Star Is Born awards season, Lady Gaga returned to the red (well, pink) carpet as the first arrival at the event and fed the children! We've been starving for a showstopping look and we were not just starstruck - we were starSHOOK! Taking over 15 minutes to walk the carpet, entirely alone as the first arrival of the night, Lady Gaga changed into not two, not three, but FOUR different custom looks from longtime collaborator and close friend Brandon Maxwell for quite possibly my favorite appearance of all time! Mother Monster began draped in an incredible, oversized custom hot pink opera coat made of satin silk. The coat was completed with a 25 foot train that was carried by accompanying dancers and sprung into the air for a performance art moment. The coat was finished with clasp buttons and a full zipper along the front that would later be used to reveal the next look. To accessorize, LG's head was draped in a huge matching bow that wrapped around her entire head. She would also later untie the bow to change her look completely. Beneath her incredible coat, Brandon Maxwell unzipped her to reveal a black strapless ball gown. Putting a unique spin on a classic look, the satin ball gown had an angular asymmetric bustier with slight paneling to accentuate her curves. The dress was finished with incredibly oversized hips that doubled as a petticoat beneath her pink coat and held it up for a volumized shape. But in true Gaga fashion, Brandon removed one of the hips, leaving her with an asymmetric silhouette! Removing the coat also revealed Lady Gaga's beautiful necklace for the night. Once again, LG got to premiere a new piece from Tiffany and Co's 2019 Blue Book collection. The necklace is made with ethically sourced princess-cut diamonds of over 28 total carats in a graphic, geometric choker and finished with a soft, silk-like butterfly center with wings in motion made of textured 18k yellow gold. On the red carpet, she kept the necklace rotated without the butterfly and later turned it around inside the Gala to have the butterfly on display. Check out this behind-the-scenes sketch of the necklaces design from Tiffany and Co. on the left. She also added a black umbrella matching those her dancers carried while holding up her train and playfully danced around the stairs of the entrance as if an ode to Singing in the Rain. Truly the camp queen, Lady Gaga was not done changing outfits! Brandon assisted her once again in removing her ball gown to reveal a third look! Returning back to the hot pink satin of the beginning opera coat, Lady Gaga wore a floor-length column dress with thin "spaghetti" straps. The dress was expertly tailored to sit right along the floor and with this look, she brought on the accessories! First, she added a giant brick style phone that is not actually a phone - it's a clutch! From the iconic designer Judith Leiber, Lady Gaga carried Leiber's "Black Telephone" that she opened up to reapply her lip-gloss (keep reading for the link to buy the exact gloss!) Leiber's label began in 1963 and is synonymous with novelty purses and fully crystalized creations. She then walked around the entrance kinda busy on her clutch phone. Versions of the "Call Me Brick Phone" clutches in silver and gold Swarvoski crystals are both sold for $5,695 but the all black version LG carried is not sold online. One of Lady Gaga's dancers then helped her put on a pair of beautiful sunglasses for a full Barbie fantasy! The ultra oversized sunnies are from UK-based Linda Farrow's collaboration with N°21 that follows the motifs of feminine oversized sunglasses revisited in a contemporary way through innovative use of acetate and unexpected detail. Lady Gaga's frames are the "S21 C1" with super chunky, high shine Italian acetate and adorned with Swarovski crystals, finished with the logo along the arm of the frames. They are available in black, as well as tortoiseshell and gradient, for 225 euros here. Finally, Lady Gaga unveiled her final look for the red carpet stripping down to nearly nothing, but finally exposed her incredible shoes! Created by Brandon Maxwell, Lady Gaga went back to basics in a fully crystalized black bra and black panty with black Swarvoski crystals along with matching crystalized black fishnet stockings. On her feet, she a customized version her favorite sky-high stripper boots in matching black Swarvoski crystals. The regular Pleaser "Beyond 1020" lace boots are available in matte and patent leather starting at $118 on Amazon here and are completed with a 10 inch heel and over 6 inch platform! They were customized by little monster "HausOfGee" who has recently created Swarvoski designs for Ariana Grande, Bretman Rock, and more! Thankfully he posted close-ups of the custom shoes on Instagram - check them out on the left! Towards the end of her entrance, Lady Gaga's team wheeled over a custom wagon made by longtime collaborator and set designer Marla Weinhoff full of accessories. The wagon was made in matching hot pink with gold wheels and gold "Haus of Gaga" lettering. From the wagon, she added numerous Tiffany and Co rings to many of her fingers! First she wore a 15 carat Tiffany True Ring in platinum with a diamond that's worth $1,165,000. She also wore a 6 carat pink sapphire and diamond ring (priced at $100,000), a 5 carat purple sapphire ring (priced at $70,000), a 5 carat pink spinel ring (priced at $29,000) and a 13 carat ring in platinum with rubellite and diamonds (priced at $38,000). All in all, her rings add up to just about $1,750,000. That price does not include her yellow gold butterfly necklace. On the wagon we can also see bags from Brandon Maxwell alongside the ring box, hair spray, sunglasses, etc. that she used in the performance art that was her entrance. In the front there are 3 of "The Champagne Bag" made in the USA of acrylic with brass hardware including the handle and a custom “B” turn-lock closure. The bag is out of stock now but was sold for $1,895 each. She also had 2 of "The Hat Box" which is made of the same acrylic with brass hardware and was filled with pink hats (similar to her Joanne era). The bag is available for preorder for $2,495 here. All orders will be shipped within 8 weeks of order confirmation. Neither bag includes the scarf in the photos or inside contents. Big thanks to Lady Gaga's stylists Tom Eerebout and Sandra Amador for helping pin down the fine details of all of her looks and thank you to the entire Haus of Gaga that helped make the MET Gala happen - us monsters are so grateful and amazed by your work! BONUS: Lady Gaga's glam squad created an amazing look and revealed all the details so keep reading for the links to buy all the products! Her longtime makeup artist Sarah Tanno painted her for the event, and got to walk the carpet with her in part of her performance art entrance. As a Global Artistry Ambassador for Marc Jacobs Beauty, Sarah used entirely Marc Jacobs Beauty products, except for the incredible synthetic eyelashes. Prepping the skin is always the most important step in any makeup no matter how clean or how intense so Sarah started with the first ever Marc Jacobs Beauty skincare product, "Youthquake" Skin Moisturizer ($59). It is a multitasking moisturizer, with powerful pineapple enzymes and encapsulated sodium hyaluronate, that provides deep hydration for a glowing, makeup-ready canvas .Sarah adds "it's the perfect start to add hydration and plump the skin before makeup." Instead of foundation, Sarah used entirely "Accomplice" Concealer and Touch-Up Sticks ($32) which is sold in 17 different shades, however the exact shades used on Lady Gaga were not revealed. She then set her face by topping the skin with the "Accomplice" Instant Blurring Beauty Powder ($49). This soft focus powder creates a natural glow and comes with a built-in brush. Keeping the skin balanced and beautiful, Sarah made the focus on her intense eye makeup. In the waterline she used the "Highliner" Gel Eye Crayon ($25) in the shade Pink of Me to exaggerate the eyes. She then defined and lined the eyes with the same eyeliner but in the shade Blaquer. Finishing up, she went over the black eyeliner with "Magic Marc'er" Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner ($30) also in the shade Blaquer. Before applying her statement lashes, Sarah coated Mother Monster's in the Haus of Gaga's favorite "Velvet Noir" Major Volume Mascara ($26). It is also sold in a travel size for the on-the-go girl! The metallic gold lashes were handmade by Nicky Andrea for Sarah and Lady Gaga and are not available for purchase. On her lips, they used the 16 hour luxe longwear "Le Marc" Liquid Lip Crayon ($32) in the shade Flaming-Oh! to perfectly match the pink silk satin of her beginning opera coat and column dress. They then topped the lips with Enamored Hydrating Lip Gloss Stick in Sweet Escape! which she reapplied on the pink carpet during her third look. BONUS: Lady Gaga's hair artist, who she has worked with since 2008(!!), Frederic Aspiras created the perfect look for all 4 of her outfits. Inspired by one of herost iconic hair styles that truly stands out as a note of camp-style, Frederic decided to deconstruct her iconic blonde bob and hair bows with a new rippled wave shape and multiple mini hair bows. As an Artist Ambassador for Joico and Good Hair Day (ghd), Freddy used entirely their products to create and style this MET Gala look. Now how to get the look yourself: Start by applying Joico Defy Damage Protective Shield ($20.99) to damp hair and comb through for even distribution and protection. Then use Joico Blonde Life Brilliant Tone Violet Smoothing Foam ($21.99), starting at the roots and combing through. Next, blow dry the hair with ghd's Air Hair Dryer ($199) and the small Natural Bristle Radial Brush ($40) with a 1.1 inch barrel. Then, using the ghd Platinum+ Styler ($249) create the very defined unifromed waves all around hair. And curl under to get that rippled bubble effect. To make the mini hairbows, use Joico Joi Gel Firm ($14.99) and pin them in place along the crown of the head with bobby pins. Step by step guides to making hair bows (with hair or with fabric) can be found online. To finish, comb out the bob and make smooth with two pumps of Joico Blonde Life Brilliant Glow Brightening Oil ($22.99). Then spray with Joico Shape and Flip Turn Finishing Spray ($16.99) to mold and to hold in place. BONUS: Lady Gaga finished her look with some beautiful red nails. Her manicures are most recently done by Miho Okawara in Los Angeles but this time they were painted in New York City by Japanese nail artist Naomi Yasuda. You may remember Naomi from the "Poker Face" music video and the sets sold at Gaga's Workshop, at Barney's New York back in 2012. A red manicure matches any outfit and in this case it needed to match 4 different looks - so LG and Naomi went with "Big Apple Red" by O·P·I. This bright, shiny red nail polish, is ready to take on the world and is available for $10.50 here! By Terran Warden
    16. Date: May 5th 2019 Location: Pierre Hotel (New York City, New York) Ahead of Monday's MET Gala, or it's official name the Costume Institute Benefit, Lady Gaga headed to the Pre-Gala dinner in New York City. But before she arrived, she slayed us all with the fashion comeback we've been waiting for! And in theme with the MET Gala, she served camp fashion! Lady Gaga updated her Instagram with some amazing photos and was later spotted by fans and paparazzi outside the hotel (when she left and when she later arrived back to the hotel). Her main look is another beautiful creation by Marc Jacobs. Shown as look 34 in the Fall 2019 Ready-to-Wear collection, the look is an oversized organza dress made of black and white stripes finished high on the thigh and complete with black and white feathers along the left shoulder - almost like a ponytail laying over the shoulder. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the dress available for purchase through Marc Jacobs or any other online retailers. She finished her look with quite possibly my favorite shoes of all time; Pleaser's "Beyond 1020" lace ankle boots! These iconic matte black leather boots are made with an over 6 inch platform and 10 inch heel. They are available for purchase through Amazon starting at $118 (depending on size and finish) here. To accessorize, Mother Monster started with a custom black organza fascinator from famed hat-designer Philip Treacy. Treacy has become the world's most in demand hat designer. His hats are as popular with European aristocrats as with Hollywood royalty and he is widely credited for changing the perception of what a hat can be. Her fascinator is custom but a similar design can be seen in Treacy's latest Spring/Summer 2019 collection, see left. Next, Lady Gaga wears dangling diamond earrings from Tiffany and Co. They are made with a diamond stud and finished with pear-shaped/teardrop diamonds but are not available for purchase on Tiffany's webstore. Beneath her dress, Lady Gaga added a pair of black tights from luxury hosiery and women's wear company Wolford. LG most often wears Wolford tights and fishnets so it is no surprise. It is not clear which variation of black tights she is wearing as the top waistband is covered by her dress but I believe they are Wolford's basic and popular "Satin Opaque Nature Tights" in black but don't quote me on that! The Satin Opaque Nature Tights are available for $67 here however different variations like the "Velvet de Luxe 66 Tights" also look like a match which are available for $49 here. Finally, no outfit is complete without a killer handbag and Lady Gaga's bag took her look to Destination: Camp! She carries with her a micro-purse small enough for a doll but don't be fooled! This bag is a limited edition creation from luxury handbag company Delvaux. Her bag is inspired by the "Bewitching Enchantress" that they call the "Black Beauty." It is embroidered with custom-made flowers made in Agneau Satin. Each petal is meticulously formed by hand and each flower is embellished with a black pearl at its centre. Made with Lézard Métallisé in Black, metallic pigments give the bag its special scintillating quality. The entire Couture Exclusive Collection is only available at Delvaux boutiques, not sold online, but I am seeing it listed at a heft $6,000 price tag! Thanks to Lady Gaga's stylist Sandra Amador for these fashion credits! Check out UHQ photos of Lady Gaga arriving at the Pre-Gala dinner and leaving her hotel via our gallery and be sure to stay tuned for her MET Gala look this Monday! BONUS: Lady Gaga was spotted by paparazzi leaving the Pre-Gala dinner where she added some accessories we did not see before when she left her hotel. To start, she added a pair of sunglasses to help with the flash of cameras since it was now dark outside. You may recognize them from her May 2018 trip to New York City where she wore them several times. The shades are Roberi and Fraud's "Black Agnes" which they now advertise on their website with her photos! The classic cat eye shades in black acetate are available for $240 here. Next, she added a normal sized purse to hold her belongings as we all joked before that her Delvaux micro bag was made for a doll. Her bodyguard Peter carried her iconic Medium 16 Bag. Back in summer 2018, Lady Gaga was the first person in the world to debut the new design and thus her bag is custom monogrammed with "LG" in gold to match the gold hardware of the bag.
    17. Date: May 4th 2019 Location: unknown After 50+ days of silence, Lady Gaga returned to Instagram to post about her arrival at the 2019 MET Gala! In the photos, Lady Gaga can be seen posing in a private plane on her way to "Destination 'Camp'". Lady Gaga is co-chairing the event and is the perfect style icon for the biggest fashion event in the world as Camp is "a style or mode of personal or creative expression that is absurdly exaggerated and often fuses elements of high and popular culture." The annual event is being held Monday, May 6th around 6pm and we can't wait! Be sure to stay tuned for all the details on what she wears! For her posts, Lady Gaga poses in Marc Jacobs with some killer accessories and the details are as follows: Bringing back the 90's, Lady Gaga wore a vintage dress from Marc Jacobs' 1993 collection at Perry Ellis. You may remember the same dress featured on the cover of Elle November. The collection was ahead of its time with silk shirts made to mimic flannel, and chiffon dresses created in an homage to polyester garments clearly inspired by Seattle's grunge music scene. The collection got Marc Jacobs fired! Lady Gaga's pear-print dress is look 53 of the Spring 1993 Ready-to-Wear collection featuring a deep V-neck and open front only buttoned together below the bust. The dress is finished with a green plaid shirt attached to the waist, and was shown on the runway with a striped long sleeve shirt and tight leggings beneath. Unfortunately, because these are archival pieces, they are not readily available for purchase. However, it will occasionally pop up in second-hand retailers. Next, Lady Gaga continued her Marc Jacobs grunge look with Seattle's favorite shoes (trust me, I am from Seattle) - Dr. Marten's boots. Her pair are actually the Marc Jacobs collaboration pair which are the original 10-eye leather boot featuring a pull tab at the rear, a lace fastening, a round toe, a logo patch at the tongue, a stitch detail, a ridged rubber sole and a branded insole. They are available in several types/colors of leather but Lady Gaga's pair are the black leather (not patent) which are sold for $220 here. To accessorize, Lady Gaga can be seen wearing a necklace from some of her favorite photographers, Inez and Vinoodh. She has worn many of their jewelry designs which are usually designed with interlocking hoops and stars. Her necklace does not appear to have a star but just two interlocking hoops made of black metal on a black chain. I could not find the exact design available for purchase but a similar design, with a star included, is pictured on the right. In the second photo Lady Gaga adds a pair of sunglasses to her unshaved legs, which she believes completes the look. The pair of shades are a favorite of hers and they are the "Atlas" by Ksubi. Ksubi is an Australian fashion label founded in 1999. Lady Gaga has been wearing their "Atlas" shades since 2012 when they were released, see left. Unfortunately, they are no longer sold by Ksubi but they can be found on several sunglasses websites. I have not heard of these sites before so I do not want to link them if they are not reliable. Finally, Mother Monster is not carrying a bag but one can be seen sitting on the table beside her. The backpack is Saint Laurent's "City Backpack" in Khaki Cotton Gabardine Camouflage and Black Leather. It is a leather trimmed backpack with YSL's signature embossed exterior zip pocket and interior key clip, cell phone pocket, zip compartment and padded slot pocket. It is no longer available through Saint Laurent but the same "City" backpack is sold in several different patterns and fabrics. By Terran Warden
    18. Last night the annual MET Gala took place in New York City, hosted by Anna Wintour and co-chaired by Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, Serena Williams and Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele. The event is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute. This year, the event’s theme was Camp: Notes On Fashion, based on Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay titled “Notes on ‘Camp.’” "Campy" fashion is defined as "the love of the unnatural: of artifice and exaggeration." It is daring, humorous, ironic, and extreme in its nature. Lady Gaga has always embraced the ideology of "Camp" in her love and understanding of fashion. Therefore, the co-chair was one of the most anticipated guests of the evening without a doubt. Lady Gaga embodied the 2019 MET Gala theme like no one else. She made a grand 17-minute entrance, stepping out on the red carpet in a performance art piece making a series of outfit changes, joined by some of her dancers and members of the Haus. With the red carpet shut down for her entrance, she posed for cameras and walked up and back down the entrance stairs revealing a multitude of looks, some with props. Her first look was a neon pink Brandon Maxwell gown with a 25-foot train, entirely cloaking the iconic steps of The Met. She completed the look with a pink bow-tie wrapped around her head, a platinum blonde wig and a gilded set of lashes of outlandish proportions. photos by GettyImages.com Gaga’s second look of the evening was a black Brandon Maxwell piece which was revealed upon the removal of the pink cape by the designer himself. She used a black umbrella to accompany her look and the playful attitude that she maintained all throughout her marvelous entrance. She walked the steps up and down in the company of five dancers, makeup artist Sarah Tanno, hairstylist Frederic Aspiras, the designer himself Brandon Maxwell and a personal photographer to capture the every second of her brilliant live performance. photos by GettyImages.com Returning to the entrance, she revealed a third look, emerging in a bright pink, body-hugging column dress and a Tiffany&Co butterfly necklace. She put on sunglasses and put on a humorous attitude while putting on lipstick and presenting to talk on her giant phone-purse. Again, she was accompanied by her makeup artist Sarah Tanno and hairstylist Frederic Aspiras who kept retouching her makeup and hair. photos by GettyImages.com As the last look of her grand entrance, she stripped down to a crystallized, black bra and panties. She owned the carpet like no-one has ever before, laying down and posing on the steps as the camera lights kept constantly flashing on her. photos by GettyImages.com Inside The Met, Lady Gaga gave us a brief yet a breathtaking artistic performance piece amongst the exhibition pieces of the Metropolitan Museum, serving looks and radiating campy confidence all throughout. Lady Gaga also posed alongside her fellow Met Gala co-chairs, Serena Williams, Harry Styles, Alessandro Michele and Anna Wintour inside the Metropolitan Museum. photo by GettyImages.com The details of her makeup and hair, created by Sarah Tanno and Frederic Aspiras, respectively: photo by GettyImages.com Relive Lady Gaga’s grand arrival here:

    20. When an artist reaches a global level of fame and takes the world by storm, all eyes are on them. They become icons and inspirations in their own right, opening the doors for a new wave of talent to emerge, and in many cases, tribute acts arise. These tributes take inspiration from the superstar, crafting their own interpretation of the artist and expressing themselves through unique performance and art. Donna Marie is a UK based Lady Gaga tribute and look-alike, and there's no one quite as accurate and breath taking in the tribute world as she is. Currently a judge on BBC One's singing contest 'All Together Now', Marie is a multi-awarding, No.1 worldwide tribute artist who is bringing her national tour of 'A Star Is Born This Way' all around the UK, and we had the pleasure of interviewing her. The epic show is based on the global smash Oscar-winning film 'A Star Is Born', featuring hit songs like Shallow and Always Remember Us This Way. With an array of songs from the film on the setlist, Donna also includes a handpicked collection of Lady Gaga’s most memorable songs from her discography. Donna will be joined by her very own Bradley Cooper- Adam Kelbie, dancers and a live band. Sitting on the bus, one miserable afternoon I saw a Facebook advert for a show: “A Star Is Born This Way”, and thought it was too good to be true. Firstly, because they stole my idea despite me not being able to convince anyone in a blonde wig and police tape. Secondly, I haven’t seen a tribute act and I have been very sceptical of them… until I typed in ‘Donna Marie Lady Gaga’ into YouTube. It was all about to change. The No.1 worldwide sensation has vocal belts that’ll leave you speechless, replica costumes and theatrics that prove she’s as free as her hair. She's even reproduced some of Gaga's most breathtaking performances such as the Paparazzi VMA performance from 2009 where fake blood poured from her heart and she was left hanging by a rope. The multi-award-winning impersonator currently takes to the screen as a judge on the BBC One singing contest ‘All Together Now’ and brings a different Gaga look every week without fail. The consecutive winner of the national tribute music awards even got the approval of the very Lady herself who said: “My god you look just like me, you are amazing!” You may say she’s not flawless, but I know she’s got a diamond heart. And I should know because I called her on my telephone. T-T-T-Telephone. If you’re not spotting the hidden song titles, then you may need to reconsider your taste in music. Donna and I decided the best way to talk would be a live interview on Facebook, which was great, once we surpassed the technical difficulties. You can watch the video interview, which will be linked here and on our socials. I started off by asking how long she has been Lady Gaga for and she replied: "Obviously I'm not the real Lady Gaga!" which sent us both into a giggle. Donna Marie has been a Lady Gaga Tribute act for 9 years which is the most-part of Lady Gaga's career, which started after seeing another tribute act do a Lady Gaga set and she realised that she could pull it off, and make it better. When Lady Gaga announced her upcoming studio album she used a tweet to refute pregnancy rumours by revealing she's "pregnant with #LG6" so I asked Donna how 'A Star Is Born This Way', her upcoming tour merging 'A Star Is Born' with Gaga hits, was conceived. As soon as Donna found out Mother Monster was cast as Ally and since she was a fan of the previous A Star Is Born Films, an idea for a show was born. She waited for its release in October 2018 to see if it would be successful and what the music was like, Donna says "even though I knew it was, but obviously you just never know". All the time up until the release she had the idea for a massive show, so when the soundtrack came out, she started work. Donna's especially excited for this show because she gets to perform Ally's songs from A Star Is Born, songs which are unlikely to ever be performed live by Gaga herself, so she sees it as an honour to be able to do that. She also recognises how difficult the songs are to perform compared to some of Gaga's other hits, and it is clear that the challenge only makes her want to perform them more. The first half of the show will be set up as if you are watching a Jackson Maine and Ally concert with the characters performing their show live in front of you, she guesses there are only about one or two songs from the whole soundtrack that won't be performed. With a second-half jammed with Lady Gaga's classic and new hits. Adam Kelbie who is playing Bradley Cooper is a fellow judge on BBC One's 'All Together Now', he messaged her one day asking to do a cover of Shallow together on a karaoke app, and they had so many hits that they decided it was meant to be! They've started rehearsing, videos will be shared on social media (links at the bottom of this interview) and Donna is finishing casting her dancers this week. She says: "it's all crazy at the minute, but it's going to be great!" Donna on LG6: "If Lady Gaga releases a new album before the tour, I'd be mad not to [perform any new songs]! There are rumours about a release next week but who knows. It would drive me mad not to be able to sing something off of her new album or her single release." I asked if there were any surprises she can tell me about regarding the show, she says yes, but they are going to announce a big surprise soon- "something really cool they're doing with the show," so watch our social media pages. We'll be sure to share any news. Lady Gaga won an Oscar for 'A Star Is Born', and despite having the other aspects of Lady Gaga mastered and ready to perform, the closest Donna has come to a movie star are roles in school productions. "I'm nowhere near Lady Gaga's calibre of acting, it'd be pretty cool to be in a movie though!" Donna not only sounds and performs like Lady Gaga - she has over 60 costumes and tries to keep up with all of her appearances and there's so many with special significance to her that she can't possibly choose a favourite. In terms of props, her favourite is the iconic 'spark bra'. If you are unsure, think flamethrower bikini! She had to be advised of how to use it, so she doesn't burn her hair off, get sparks in her eyes or set fire to her audience, her husband has done a pyrotechnic course so they can use fire and effects in the shows. I asked if she's ever worn her costumes out and about and she laughed, "not as myself, I'd have really lost the plot then, but I have for events and meet and greet sessions- obviously, I'm working then". On her career highlights, in the nine years of performing as Gaga, she has a few but one is her first theatre show which she produced and directed herself, and it was rewarding to know all of the work she had put in entertained thousands of people. The biggest highlight has to be meeting Lady Gaga, for any tribute to meet the person they're impersonating and be told you're "amazing" is really something special. She got to spend half an hour chatting to Mother Monster and spoke about music, the press and her personal life. Donna knows what it's like to be on the judging panel of 'All Together Now', but could she face the judges herself? "To stand on the stage in front of us judges must be pretty scary but I'd love to know what it's like. I don't know how I'd do- they'd probably tell me that I sound too much like Lady Gaga. What would be interesting is to go to 'All Together Now' in a different country and apply there!" One very particular judge, Paulus, rarely stands up for acts- so I asked if he'd stand up for her: "Oh, he better," she exclaimed raising her fists. She says she never changes her mind on supporting or not supporting an act while filming, but when Donna watches it edited on TV, she sometimes questions her decision. "You know you're giving away £50,000 so you have to be very careful, it's hard because the 100 are all fellow performers, so we all know what it's like to be judged and how it feels. We're so passionate about getting it right." If Donna could make a song with Lady Gaga, it would be about two people battling through their life struggles who are alike but not the same. Drawing on the aspect of her own career as being like Lady Gaga. I think they should make it, actually- I have it on the record that it's going to be a duet on LG6. Only kidding! If Donna could do a show as herself she'd do something similar to the format of 'A Star Is Born This Way' with a stripped back first half and invite many of her friends that are getting started to come on and do duets to help them along. The second half would be full of not just original songs but covers that would get everybody partying and up on their feet. "I love a party. If everyone is with me dancing and singing, that's my type of show"- she says if the audience doesn't get on their feet in her upcoming tour, she'll "go down and get them dancing!" In Lady Gaga's Las Vegas residency, for her Enigma show, she uncovers the truths in her career and tells a musical story of self-discovery. I asked Donna what her enigma would be: "my enigma would be organised chaos! That's my life. Anyone who's seen my office or anything will know that they won't find anything, but I know exactly where everything is". She knows what she's doing even if no one else does. Now for a challenge! If we get 25,000 views on Facebook, here and YouTube combined, Donna will release an exclusive cover video of Lady Gaga's single 'The Cure'. I'll also be doing a challenge that'll be decided by Donna when we reach 25k! Please share and take a look at social media links and tour dates below. 21. There is probably no other screen star which has gone through the most style transformations as Lady Gaga. The pop diva, actress, model, and philanthropist has gone through a number of outfit changes than one could ever succeed in a lifespan. Throughout the years, Lady Gaga has raised eyebrows by adorning unique and fashionable outfits which were deemed by certain fashion designers as way ahead of the time. She has been constantly pushing the boundaries of the fashion industry through her immaculate sense of music, style, and art. The fashion sense of Lady Gaga is unmatched. Very few celebrities fall in the category of having a fashion sense in every sense of the word. Many fans have adored her for her dressing and ever changing looks. However, there are a select few who think she does not wear modest dresses, and promotes immodest culture. Whatever the case, Lady Gaga has made it a habit to reinvent herself every other year. Below we have a look at her ever changing styles over the years from ‘Raw Meat’ to ‘A Star is Born’: Raw Meat at MTV VMAS - September 2010 At the 2010 MTV VMAS awards, Lady Gaga wore a raw meat dress which was actually a tribute to a friend. The tribute was for the late friend and designer Alexander McQueen. The raw meat dress was made by Franc Fernandez. Gaga was wearing a hat, dress, and shoes made entirely of raw meat. This dress was actually projected at making a statement which implied that she was not a piece of meat. Judas - May 2011 Lady Gaga has looked into various religious themes in her music albums but arguably not as clearly as in her music video ‘Judas’. She adorned a sacred looking dress with a blue hood top and a sacred crossed heart on her chest. She wore a lot of other sacred jewelry throughout the music video. You and I - August 2011 After the release of this music video Lady Gaga celebrated her outstanding looks by releasing ‘Haus of U’; which were five ‘fashion films’. She tried many different personalities in this video from smoking a cigarette sitting on a piano to becoming the mermaid called ‘Yuyi’. MTV VMAS - August 2011 Lady Gaga’s lover Jo Calderone took the stage on MTV VMAS to deliver a speech about his affair with Lady Gaga and then performed ‘You and I’ the music video released that very month. Later while talking to the press Lady Gaga would answer the queries as alter ego in character. Academy Awards - February 2015 A few months after Gaga released her jazz standard music ‘Cheek to Cheek’, the 2015 Oscars arrived. This meant only one thing; Lady Gaga’s fashion rebirth. She stood on the red carpet wearing an Alaia gown together with red gloves. Golden Globes - January 2016 In the Golden Globes 2016 Gaga won the Miniseries or Movies best actress award for performance in the movie American Horror Story. She attended the ceremony wearing a black Versace gown and a retro bob which was platinum colored. Grammys - February 2016 At the 2016 Grammys, Gaga gave tribute to Bowie who had died just about a month ago. She paid tribute by red colored hair and a cobalt coat. She performed paying tribute to Bowie. Academy Awards - February 2016 Lady Gaga was nominated for the Best Original Song for “Til it Happens to you’ in the 2016 Oscars. Although by her standards it was a low key dress that she adorned but still stood out. She wore a white jumpsuit with a lengthy train by Brandon Maxwell. Met Gala - May 2016 The theme of this gala was a match made in heaven for Lady Gaga. The theme was ‘Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology.’ Gaga stood on the red carpet wearing a Versace jacket and blond hair. She looked elegant yet bold. Grammys - February 2017 & January 2018 At Grammys 2017, Gaga leaned towards heavy-metal vibes. She hit the carpet with spiky sleeves and shiny leather ensemble together with hips covered in chains. At the January 2018 Grammys, Gaga had different outfit when she hit the red carpet and when she went on stage to perform. She wore a laced bodysuit under a black shirt on the red carpet. On stage she changed to a pink gown with beads at the front. Venice Film Festival - August 2018 At the premier of ‘A Star Is Born’, Lady Gaga made entrance like a true star. She wore a pink Valentino dress when she stood on the red carpet with Bradley Cooper. The film was received positively among the fans and Gaga started a long list of fashion awards. Golden Globes - January 2019 Gaga looked like Cinderella when she wore a light blue Valentino gown. The wardrobe referred to ‘A Star IS Born’ highly as reported in the media and fan tweets on twitter. Lady Gaga has been more or less a fashion icon apart from an artist over these past years. She is a trendsetter and the fashion industry looks up to her for inspiration. We can safely assume that she won’t be stopping this fashion disruption anytime soon. The more her haters bash her for various reasons the more she comes out on top through her fashion and artistic abilities! Article by Covered Bliss Write your article for Gaga Now: Read more here.
    22. Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper's "A Star Is Born" Encore will be available to purchase on June 4th, 2019, on DVD and Blu Ray, following its one-week theatrical run. It will also be available to those who have already purchased the movie on iTunes. The Encore edition of the movie includes extended scenes and almost 12 minutes of never-before-seen performances that were excluded from the original release. Here is a sneak peek at the exclusive performance of an unreleased song "Clover" performed by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, which will be available in A Star Is Born Encore among many other additional musical scenes: Earlier this week, Bradley Cooper has also appeared on the Ellen Show and talked about what might be lying in the future of A Star Is Born. Although he immediately shut down the possibility of Gaga and Cooper touring the Grammy and Oscar nominated soundtrack, he hinted at a future one-night-only event, possibly at the Hollywood Bowl, where the duo would live read scenes from the script and perform a selection of the songs. 24. TIME Magazine has begun the rollout of their annual 'TIME: 100' list of influential people for 2019, and Lady Gaga has made their list per the decision of both the publications editors and a public vote. She joins an array of other big names who have made an impact within the last 12 months, including the likes of Taylor Swift, Lebron James, BTS, Ariana Grande and Michelle Obama. As part of their announcement, a series of different covers of their magazine have been released featuring a number of those in this years 100, with other stars discussing those who made the list. Celine Dion spoke about Lady Gaga and shared her take on Gaga as a performer, actress, advocate and more, which you can read below. "I love Lady Gaga, and I think she’s got one of the greatest voices in the world: powerful, convincing, passionate and sensitive. She’s definitely one of the most inventive artists we’ve ever seen. Her artistic expression has no rules, no boundaries. When she first came on the scene with her outrageous style, she didn’t care what the critics said. She marched to the beat of her own drum, knowing that her message of individuality was a way to express her inner strength. What makes her even more special, and such a powerful influence on society, is that she empowers her fans to adopt the very same values in their lives—to stand up for what they believe in, despite what others might think. By doing so, she gives her followers the strength and confidence to believe in themselves. Whether it’s her unstoppable support for the LGBTQ community, or her anti-bullying campaigning, Lady Gaga’s voice is being heard where it really counts. Yes, she’s an amazing musician, composer, performer and, as we saw in A Star Is Born, an incredible actress, but her legacy reaches well beyond show business. She will continue to inspire love and freedom around the world, for generations to come." You can read the full list here.
    25. UPDATE: The release of Haus Beauty has been postponed. Lady Gaga is gearing up to launch her own cosmetics empire, Haus Beauty, as early as next month. The songstress-turned entrepreneur is expected to debut her beauty line in a boutique at MGM Grand's Park Theatre, late May in Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Review Journal reports, at the same time as the next run of her Enigma and Jazz & Piano Engagement performances. The Journal reports: Back in December, Gaga's Ate My Heart company has applied to trademark her highly anticipated Haus Beauty brand with a range of products encompassing makeup and skin care essentials. Very recently, this past Wednesday, a new website HausBeauty.com for Gaga's upcoming beauty line has surfaced online as well as a brand new Haus Beauty YouTube channel featured on Gaga's official YouTube account. Industry publications note that she is eager to follow a similar brand-expanding effort as Rihanna’s successful Fenty Beauty line. Gaga has previously served as celebrity spokeswoman for M.A.C.'s Viva Glam campaign in 2009 and 2010, developing her very own lipstick and lip gloss shades in efforts to raise funds for AIDS research. Gaga also launched her signature fragrance, Fame, with COTY in 2012 and her follow-up scent, Eau de Gaga, back in 2014, under the name of Haus Laboratories, whose website is now being redirected to HausBeauty.com.
