Lady Gaga could be seen in one of Azzedine Alaia's iconic bodycon dresses - the "Tati" dress in black and white houndstooth from his Spring/Summer 1991 collection. Lady Gaga received her dress through New York Vintage where she also received her vintage Alaia dress for the red carpet.
The dress is not available to purchase through any major retailer but listings can be found occasionally through eBay and 1stdibs (click here to be alerted when it is available again on 1stdibs) as well as similar recreations on Etsy.
Lady Gaga's shoes were not visible in any of the photos and she does not appear to be wearing any accessories.
BONUS: Lady Gaga's beauty team of Frederic Aspiras (hair) and Sarah Tanno (makeup) revealed some of their products and tips for achieving this look.
As for her hair, Freddy used a color fresh with lots of hydration and protection then did a spiral perm using gel cream oils to tame the frizz and oils to protect the color. He finished off her look using a wand iron around the face to define curls and recommends a diffuser to help make the curls bouncy and soft.
For her makeup, Sarah is a Global Artistry Ambassador for Marc Jacobs Beauty so she used all Marc Beauty products.
For her eyes, Sarah created a bronzed look using the "Eye-Conic Multi-Finish Eyeshadow Palette" in Scandalust. The palette is currently sold out through Marc Jacobs but is still available through Sephora for $49 here.
Sarah then topped her 3D mink eyelashes with "Velvet Noir Mascara". The major volume mascara is sold for $26 here.
As for her lips, Sarah layered lipstick and lip gloss for a copper style pout matching her copper curls. For her lipstick, Sarah applied Le Marc Lip Crème in "Amazing" or shade 204, available for $30 here. For her lip gloss, Sarah covered her lips in Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer in "Ch-Ch-Changes." The lip gloss is only available through Marc Jacobs in a limited edition set, but it is available through Sephora for $28 as a limited edition online-exclusive here.
