With perfect styling from Tom Eerebout and Sandra Amador, Lady Gaga wears a metallic purple look complete with hand painted hair from her hair stylist Frederic Aspiras and matching makeup from Sarah Tanno.

The choker is made in Japan and available for 32,400 (tax included), not including shipping, here.

Finally, Lady Gaga completes her look with sky-high black heels from her favorite exotic shoe company - Pleaser! Recently worn in white for another #HausEditorial, Lady Gaga wears the "Beyond 087" strapped 10 inch heels in black patent leather. They're available for purchase through Amazon for $99 to $102 depending on the size and seller here.
BONUS: Lady Gaga's hair and makeup team revealed details on how they achieved this look so you can try it at home!
For her eyes, Sarah Tanno blended grey shadow to her temples in a matte color. She then added a rose colored glitter to the center off her eyelids.
For her lips, Sarah "heavily lined" them with lip liner from Marc Jacobs Beauty in "Currant Mood" or shade 308 which is available for $24 here. She then covered her lips with a new lipstick that is coming soon to Marc Jacobs Beauty!
For her hair, Frederic Aspiras hand painted and styled her copper curls. For the paint, he used a special hair paint medium in iridescent copper and gold that he mixed with pink and gold paillettes. To achieve the look, coat each strand of curls to form a molded wave in the front and streams of pink and gold paillettes through the hair. Then use heat to harden the hair until the desired shape is achieved.
